A little help for every journey.

Make your profile feel like you before sharing your first journey.

1. Create an account or log in, then open Settings.
2. Add your profile photo, biography, home location, and travel preferences. Save your changes.
3. Open Profile to see your journeys, or visit Travel Map to explore your travel footprint.

Capture a trip with its story, location, photos, and videos.

1. Open Profile and choose New Journey.
2. Complete the journey details and location, then add your story and media. Check the upload limits shown in the form.
3. Choose a cover photo if you want one. Review Private Entry and Save as Draft before continuing.
4. Choose Publish to post the journey, or Save Draft to keep working on it later.

Keep your journal up to date after you return home.

1. Open your journeys on Profile and find the post you want to change.
2. Use its edit action to update the story, location, media, or privacy, then save.
3. To remove it, choose Delete and review the confirmation carefully before proceeding.

Use plans for upcoming travel and journals for the experiences you record.

1. Open Trips to find your trips and saved plans.
2. Select a plan to review its itinerary and details.
3. Use the trip planning controls to start a new plan. Review destinations and dates before saving.

Explore the places connected to your travel journals.

1. Open Travel Map from the navigation or your Profile.
2. Select a marker to explore the linked journey. Use the available map controls to change your view.
3. If a journey is missing, check that it has the correct location and country, save any corrections, and refresh the map.
4. Journey playback, video downloads, and map printing appear only when those features are available.

Check both your profile privacy and each journal’s visibility.

1. In Settings, open Privacy & Theme to review your profile privacy.
2. When creating or editing a journal, turn on Private Entry to keep it visible only to you.
3. Use Save as Draft when a journal is unfinished and should stay off the public feed.
4. Review visibility before publishing, especially if your story or photos reveal personal details.

Find inspiration and keep up with other travelers.

1. Use the search bar to find public posts or profiles, or browse Travelers.
2. Open a traveler’s profile and choose Follow.
3. Following means the connection is active. Requested means your request is waiting for approval.
4. For inappropriate content or an account concern, contact support below and include the relevant page link.

Keep your login secure and review your account preferences.

1. Open Security Center to review the available account security controls.
2. Use the password form when you want to change your password.
3. Review notification preferences in the account settings. Follow the on-screen instructions for any security changes.
4. If you cannot sign in, use the password recovery option on the login page. Contact support if you still need help.

Choose the display mode that is comfortable for you.

1. Open Settings and select Privacy & Theme.
2. Use the theme preference control to choose your display mode.
3. The site’s brand colors are managed by Loxiry and are applied across the website.

Check the file and connection before trying again.

1. Compare the file size and number of attachments with the current limits shown in the upload form.
2. Check your internet connection and try uploading one file at a time.
3. If a file is rejected, try another photo or video to check whether the issue is specific to that file.
4. If it still fails, contact support with the exact error, file type and size, device, and browser.

A few checks can help explain missing content or controls.

1. Confirm you are signed in to the right account, then refresh the page.
2. Check whether the journal is a draft or private, and whether the current view has filters applied.
3. Some controls depend on feature availability and may not appear for every account.
4. If the problem continues, send support the page link, what you expected, and the steps that caused it. Do not include your password or payment details.
